For many people who did not get XP Media Center for their PC and owns an XBOX 360, here is a possible solution for streaming non-wmvs. The solution is called TVersity. This program single handedly transcodes your non-wmvs to your XBOX on the fly. The only thing is that it does not handle flvs (the format youtube uses), but for that you can convert flvs to any other MS friendly format with RivaFLVEncoder. After that, you can start the process with TVersity. I will be reporting back on this, as I am trying this out tonight!
